LIMA — To gear residents up for its Book Bash in April, the Lima Public Library held a logo contest.

Freeman Bryson, a Shawnee High School student, won the contest and, as a result, will get his log printed and published everywhere the library promotes the event, in addition to getting to job shadow CEO and creative director of Cage Design, Frank Cage, and recieving a prize bag.

Bryson’s winning logo will be revealed at 3 p.m. Monday in the Lima Public Library’s Teen Spot Lounge, according to a release from the library.

The Book Bash event will take place April 18 and will feature authors and illustrators coming to the library to share their stories and “inspire” local children.
