After watching the 6 p.m. news, they were talking about the hiring for jobs in the city and that the persons with the highest scores of the applicants may not be able to be chosen for the job.
It makes sense to me to hire the most qualified for the jobs.
It’s like not being able to be able to pick the best doctor if the system was in place where we’re not able to pick the doctor of your choice because they were not of the right skin color.
