COLUMBUS — State Rep. Robert Cupp is one of three new appointees to the Ohio Constitutional Modernization Commission, along with fellow representatives Nathan Manning and Emilia Sykes. Cupp will replace former 4th District Rep. Matt Huffman.
The commission has been in existence since 2011 with a mandate to study and recommend amendments to the state constitution.
