LIMA — Husky Lima Refinery is now back to creating completed product, said Mel Duvall, spokesman for Husky.
“As we ramp back up to normal operations, residents in the near vicinity may notice increased contractor traffic, additional noise and possible increased flaring,” Duvall said.
