OTTAWA — Putnam County Early Childhood Coordinating Committee is hosting a book collection.
The collection will take place from March 23 to March 27. Donated books should be either gently used or new for children from birth up to age 5.
Book donations can be made at the following preschool or day care centers: Early Discovery Preschools in Columbus Grove, Continental, Fort Jennings, Leipsic and Miller City; New Cleveland Elementary Schools; Sunbeams Preschool; Hilty Child Care Center; Small World Child Development Center; St. John’s Preschool; Head Start; Putnam County Library Main Branch; and Kohls Market, Ottawa.
Books will be distributed to children in April at the committee’s annual literacy event.
