LIMA — The Allen County Sheriff’s Office received a donated defibrillator from Lima Memorial Health System.
The device, often used on a person having a heart attack, replaces an older device that no longer works. Some deputies have defibrillators assigned to them to use in medical emergencies until rescue squads arrive.
