Feb. 26

Brandon J. Moore, 23, 1767 Road 24, Continental, was sentenced to 45 days jail for possession of drugs (methamphetamine). He was given credit for one day served.

March 13

Nicole Brinkman was granted a divorce from Kirt Brinkman, North Central Correctional. They were married June 15, 2012, in Findlay, and have one child.

March 17

Troy L. Weller, Oakwood, and Tammy L. Weller, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Oakwood and have two children.

Asset Acceptance, LLC, Warren, Michigan, was granted judgment against Leslie F. Lawhorn, Cloverdale, in the amount of $17,417.91 plus interest and costs.

HSBC Bank USA, Fort Mill, South Carolina, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Janet R. Klausing, Fort Jennings, and Steven K. Klausing, Fort Jennings, in the amount of $51,178.04, plus interest and costs.

March 18

Korey D. Briggs, 30, 20799 Road 24T, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for possession of drugs. He was given credit for 149 days served and his license was suspended for five years. A charge of forgery was dismissed.

Mandi R. McKinley, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from David M. McKinley, Ottawa. They were married Aug. 18, 2012, in Marion, and have one child.

Rico P. Quintero, Leipsic, and Megan N. Mutersbaugh, Findlay, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 2, 2009, in Toledo, and have one child.

March 19

Mark Morning, 32, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for an amended charge of domestic violence. He was given credit for 60 days served.

Shanda A. Carpenter, 36, 307 Walcutt Street, Dupont, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. She was given credit for 31 days served and her operator’s license was suspended for five years. She was also sentenced to 12 months in prison for possession of heroin. She was given credit for eight days served and the sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to other case.
