LIMA — The City of Lima’s engineering department has announced that East Elm Street between Pine Street and Bellefontaine Avenue will be closed from noon to 5 p.m. today for geotechnical drilling. This portion of road also serves as part of state Routes 309 and 117.
Motorists are advised to use Kibby Street and Bellefontaine Avenue as a detour during the closure.
