CELINA — A Mercer County man was cited on several misdemeanor charges and will likely face felony charges after an incident that occurred Friday.

Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reported at 9:19 a.m., the office received several calls concerning a disturbance at Grand Manor Trailer Court, 3601 state Route 703. Callers reported a half-clothed man, covered in blood, was trying to fight with people.

When officers arrived, a man later identified as Dillan J. Spencer, 20, of Lot 44 of that trailer court, jumped on the hood of a deputy’s vehicle. When the deputy got out of his car, Spencer charged, and the deputy Tased and arrested him.

Spencer was taken to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, where he was treated for injuries that happened prior to when law enforcement arrived.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence, and deputies found suspected drugs and paraphernalia.

Misdemeanor charges of persistent disorderly conduct, aggravated menacing, criminal mischief and resisting arrest were filed. Other charges may be filed, pending lab results of the items found. Grey said he planned to arrest Spencer after his hospital treatment was complete.
