An Allen County grand jury returned 12 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges were:
Preston L. Smith, 26, of 911 Albert St., theft.
Deamonte Q. Godsey, 20, of 637 E. Fifth St., aggravated robbery.
Theresa M. Rodriguez, 30, of 1899 N. Main St., Delphos, theft.
James P. Holland II, 21, of New Carlisle, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Donnell Brown Jr., 28, of 720 E. Second St., three counts of assault.
Roberto Guzman, 43, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, possession of cocaine.
Johan T. Leeks, 20, of 146 E. Eureka St., aggravated robbery with a firearms specification.
Sedric D. Washington, 45, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and assault on a police dog or horse.
Charles G. Spencer, escape.
David A. Knasel Jr., escape.
Joshua L. Skonieczny, 31, of 549 W. Elm St., theft.
Tyrone L. Copeland, 22, of 420 S. Pine St., having weapons while under disability and unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance.
