DELPHOS — A search warrant was executed at a 65-year-old Delphos man’s home Wednesday.

According to Delphos Police Chief Kyle Fittro, at about 9 a.m. officers from the Delphos Police Department and agents from the Toledo and Lima divisions of the FBI executed a federal search warrant relating to child pornography.

The residence was located in the 400 block of South Franklin Street in Delphos.

Seized from the man’s home were computers and multiple computer-related items, which will be forensically examined by the FBI, Fittro said.

Though evidence was seized from the home, the man has not been charged.

“After the forensic analysis of the computers is complete, the case will be reviewed by a federal prosecutor out of the United States District Attorney’s Office to determine what, if any, charges against the male are appropriate,” Fittro said.

If the man faces charges, his name and address will be released to the public. No further information was available Wednesday afternoon.
