The following were indicted by a Putnam County grand jury on Jan. 29.

Steven L. Brown, 46, 991468 Road 20, Bryan; illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention center and possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Cory A. Fraley, 35, 945 Central Ave., Findlay; receiving stolen property.

Ronald E. Brecht, 56, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 404, Ottawa; two counts misuse of credit card and theft.

Mark S. Seibert II, 33, 304 W. Rice St., Continental; two counts domestic violence.

Ruben Romero, 34, 813 Cherry St., Montpelier; possession of drugs (cocaine) and tampering with evidence.

William D. Laibe, 27, 7437 U.S. Route 224, Ottawa; two counts arson, felonies, and one count arson, misdemeanor.

Robert L. Howard, III, 32, 236 N. Hall St., Ottawa; three counts trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in drugs and permitting drug abuse with vehicle with specification.

Zola J. Dulle, 62, 215 E. Maple St., Columbus Grove; theft.

Helen M. Bess, 36, 1235 N. Defiance St., Ottawa; forgery and theft of checks.

Emily M. Birchnaugh, 30, 104 Pearl St., Columbus Grove; theft of drugs.

Benjamin J. Ybarra, 33, 423 N. Cory St., Findlay; failure to register as a sex offender.

Rodolfo Garcia, 48, 505 E. Second St., Ottawa; driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jami L. Alezetes, 32, 6055 Road 214, Antwerp; vandalism.

Jeremy A. Okuley, 37, 3255 Road 23, Continental; trafficking in cocaine.

Roberto Barraza, Jr., 28, 107 Pearl St., Columbus Grove; two counts sale of prescription drugs and two counts trafficking in marijuana.

Jan. 28

John C. Nash, 29, 9399 Road 5H, Leipsic, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included being unsuccessfully discharged from the WORTH Center on Jan. 25. He was given credit for 135 days served. He was originally convicted of burglary and criminal damaging.

Jan. 29

Carl S. Dugger, 68, 17248 Road 12-Q, Columbus Grove, was granted judicial release. He was placed on three years community control and must undergo sex offender assessment and treatment. He must have no contact with a minor unless approved by his supervising officer, not be with a minor child unless another adult is present and must comply with all sex offender registration requirements. He was originally convicted of two counts gross sexual imposition.

Catherine E. Wilson, 26, 435 E. McKibben St., Lima, was sentenced to three years community control for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included changing her address on Oct. 2, 2014, without permission from her supervising officer. She was given credit for 15 days served, must have no contact with the co-defendant, must obtain employment, not consume alcohol and must pay restitution of $1,328. She was originally convicted of burglary.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 23

Jason P. Bullinger, 40, 430 E. Tully St., Convoy, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 135 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.
