Allen County grand jury returns indictments

The Allen County grand jury returned 13 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:

Tommy Brown, 56, of 72 Town Square, No. 202, robbery.

Marvin J. Francis, 45, of 1118 E. Elm St., theft and two counts of complicity in the commission of an offense.

Maria L. Couts, 42, of 631 N. Broadway St., Spencerville, assault.

Daniel A. Jennings, 22, of 26 Superior Court, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and possession of cocaine.

Jerry L. Cole, 52, of 485 Sunderland Road, Delphos, breaking and entering.

Loretta L. Spangler, 37, of 1037 S. Main St., No. D7, Kenton, forgery.

Mark B. Sanders, 44, of 628 N. Jefferson St., four counts of rape, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, 20 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor, and 20 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

Michael P. Pissos, of 831 W. Wayne St., theft.

Sedric D. Washington, 45, of 618 Scott St., Apt. 2, breaking and entering.

Brandon D. Shaffer, 31, of 500 W. Elm St., aggravated burglary, robbery and three counts of kidnapping.

Matthew E. Stebleton, 19, of 500 W. Elm St., aggravated burglary, robbery and three counts of kidnapping.

Quawntravier T. Mallory, 24, of 1108 Holmes Ave., possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.

Perry T. Jones, 18, of 918 Dingledine Ave., three counts of breaking and entering.
