LIMA — Lima Senior swept a softball doubleheader against Toledo Woodward on Saturday.
In game one winning pitcher Kayleigh Twining had 2 stolen bases and Chris Johnson had two singles and Kiara Buchanan had a double and two stolen bases also for the Spartans, who won 8-3.
In game two, Aleasa Salyers homered had two singles and a stolen base, Moran Marchal had a double, a single and two stolen bases and Halle Brockman had a double and a single as the Spartans (2-2) won 24-5.
Bath wins two
BATH TOWNSHIP — The host Wildkittens defeated Sylvania Southview 15-1 and 10-3. Julie Miller and Abby Cosart were the winning pitchers and Kara Dienstberger and Ellie Dackin each had three doubles.
Shawnee 8, Spencerville 2
SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Winnng pitcher Alyssa Windau moved to 3-0 on the season and Jamie Fullom had three hits for the Indians. Spencerville fell to 0-2.
Crestview 4, Shawnee 3
SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Crestview scores in the bottom of the ninth inning for the victory. Fullum had two hits and Windau homered for the Indians. Winning pitcher Terra Crowle also doubled.
O-G sweeps Paulding
PAULDING — Megan Kitchen picked up two victories and hit a home run as the Titans got 6-3 and 4-3 victories. Kylie Gerdeman also had three hits for the Titans.
Elida splits
ELIDA — Elida split a doubleheader with Bellefontaine, winning game one 5-2 and dropping the second contest 10-2. Lydia Burnett homered and doubled and Michaela Black hit a home run for Elida.
Baseball
O-G wins two
PAULDING — Ottawa-Glandorf defeated Paulding 7-0 and 15-1 in a doubleheader. The Titans’ Austin Verhoff had three doubles.
Parkway sweeps Jeff
DELPHOS — The visiting Panthers defeated Delphos Jefferson 12-6 and 15-13. Gaige Rassman had two triples for Delphos Jefferson.
Boys Tennis
Norwalk 3, Wapakoneta 2
NORWALK — Emerson Hager and Drew Wayman won at singles for Wapak (1-2).
Boys Track & Field
VERSAILLES — Waynesfield-Goshen won the 11-team Orange Meet with 145 points with Russia finishing second (114). Minster won the 10-team Black Meet ahead of Twin Valley South (85.5).
Celina Invitational
CELINA — The host Bulldogs won the six-team event with 142 points, and Ottawa-Glandorf was second with 116 points.
Girls Track & Field
CELINA — The host Bulldogs finished first in the six-team event with 189.5 points followed by Ottawa-Glandorf (145.5).
