I would like to thank the Fultz’s of the Bluelick General store.
I was in there getting a pizza and noticed a big sign letting all know that Santa would be arriving at their store. I jokingly asked if I could see him too and was told yes.
I stopped there at the proper time and was greeted by an elf, which took me up to Mrs. Claus. I stood there in amazement at how they had transformed their office into a winter wonderland.
And then I saw him, Santa Claus. He was sitting in a big chair with a small child in his lap. He seemed to have a twinkle in his eyes.
Each child would get his or her picture taken and would receive a small package of treats.
I ask how long they have been doing this and was told that this was their fourth year. I was also informed that they had taken 100 pictures.
It is a breath of fresh air to see people like this giving back to the community out of the kindness of their hearts. As for me I will be back in their store. Thank you.
