St. Rita’s you made a big mistake by dismissing Dr. Gerad. I worked for many years as a nurse until I retired and was proud to say I worked there. However this move to dismiss Dr. Gerad has made me wonder, where is the compassion, caring, and sacredness of life that is supposed to be your motto?
I am currently a patient of Dr. Gerad and somehow the letter I received stating that he is no longer with St. Rita’s did not convey any of this. The almighty dollar is obviously more important. I hope you rethink this decision.
