I, too, am dismayed at the dismissal of Dr. Henry Gerad, oncologist, by St. Rita’s Medical Center.
During my treatment by him, I found Gerad to be most knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and compassionate. I cannot imagine having another bout with cancer without him as my oncologist and mentor. It is frightening to me to think of it.
I sincerely hope that Gerad will open another practice in Lima and continue giving his medical expertise to the people of Lima at another facility. Such a caring man!
