LIMA — Mr. Darryl K. Garrett and Ms. Kimberly L. Garrett announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Shaundra Janelle Garrett to Oscar Earl Blair Jr., son of Pastor and Mrs. Oscar E. Blair Sr., of Dayton.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lima Senior High School and The University of Toledo. She is employed as an occupational therapist in Atlanta, GA.
Her fiance is a graduate of Stebbins High School, Bluffton University and Indiana State University. He is employed as a deportation officer for the Department of Homeland Security in Atlanta, GA.
The couple will exchange wedding vows April 2, 2016, in Dayton.
