LIMA — Lima and Allen County agencies are working to better market the community by redesigning its promotional site, http://WeAreLimaAllenCounty.com.
The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce, Allen Economic Development Group and the Lima-Allen County Convention and Visitors Bureau have updated the site, in its second year, to “encourage people to never say there is nothing to do in our community,” said Christine Pleva, executive director of the Lima-Allen County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
“It’s to let them have a little taste instead of just data about what there is to see and do here,” she said. “It’s about our community image.”
The website now has video testimonials and promotional videos about Lima area businesses, villages, hotels and more.
