COLDWATER — At about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 219 near Coldwater, officers from the Heroin Interdiction Team stopped Alan J. Bricher, 22, of Coldwater, in a vehicle.
According to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Bricher was recognized in the vehicle as having an outstanding probation violation for a previous felony.
In 2013, Bricher was found guilty of drug trafficking in Mercer County, according to court documents.
When searching the vehicle, officers located a bag of marijuana and $368 in cash. As of Thursday afternoon, the marijuana had not been weighed.
He is currently being held at the Mercer County jail without bond.
