Defendants plead not guilty during October arraignments

LIMA — The following defendants have entered pleas of not guilty to charges handed down recently by an Allen County grand jury:

Christopher Brownlow, 19, of Lima, charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Joseph Stemen, 25, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Nicole Smart, 45, of Flint, Michigan, charged with possession of cocaine.

Rodney Hall Sr., 58, of Lima, charged with felonious assault.

Marquaivis Pryor, 31, of Lima, charged with having weapons under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.

Joseph Macwhinney, 19, of Lima, charged with two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of controlled substances.

Javionte Gilcrease, 26, of Lima, charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Timothy Neff, 65, of Lima, charged with two counts of trespassing.

Zyere Kennedy, 22, of Lima, charged with having weapons while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon, and domestic violence.

Donald Martin Jr., 39, of Lima, charged with improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Thomas Slife, 36, of Sidney, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Kevin Udell, 45, of Lima, charged with two counts of harassment with a bodily substance.

The following people were included on the arraignment list Friday but were not present in the courtroom and haven’t entered not guilty pleas: Ariel Gessel, 28, of Lima, charged with breaking and entering; David Cole, 53, of Leipsic, charged with aggravated possession of drugs; Jennifer Miller, 37, of Lima, charged with possession of cocaine; and Ronald Burk III, 45, of Lima, charged with breaking and entering.
