WAPAKONETA — The annual Halloween Parade will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 starting at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds, 1001 Fairview Drive in Wapakoneta.
More than 100 entries will take part in the event that celebrates the spooky season through the city’s Historic Downtown District to Park Street, including costumed marching bands, candy and a 20-foot tall moonman.
Deb Zwez will serve as grand marshal.
The Children’s Halloween Contest will precede the parade at 5:30 p.m. at the judges’ table near the corner of Auglaize and Willipie streets.
