Letter: Wall Street, Silicon Valley benefit from Harris/Walz

”Tax the rich” is the current mantra of the vice president Kamala Harris cabal of unelected bureaucrats who currently run our country. President Joe Biden doesn’t have a clue.

The Harris presidential campaign just passed $1 billion in donations for her election to the presidency. Who donates this astronomical amount? Wall Street and Silicon Valley. After all, it was Silicon Valley Bank depositors who benefited from a bailout in the billions by the FDIC in March 2023 over the average American’s $250,000 insurance limit.

To Matthew Weber’s comments that Harris/Walz is for the “working man,” it’s ludicrous in the preponderance of donations from Wall Street and Silicon Valley. They’re not donating to have their wealth confiscated in taxes.

One question Weber might ask is if the Harris/Biden administration had complete control of all three branches of government for the first two years of the Biden administration, why didn’t they tax the rich then?
