UNOH students compete in Raleigh

LIMA — Four University of Northwestern Ohio students competed in the TMC Future Tech contest this month in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Jack Lorenz, Kody Pond, Riley Larr and Anthony McCarthy represented UNOH in the contest on Sept. 16, during which the student technicians were tested for their skill and accuracy in subjects like electrical diagnosis and alternative fuels.

Lorenz was named a station winner for lubricants and fuels, coolants and DEF, cybersecurity and central tire inflation, and third-place overall winner.

Larr was named a station winner for alternative fuel system essentials.
