OTTAWA — An Ottawa man who now lives in Michigan pleaded guilty Monday in the Putnam County Common Pleas Court to possessing pictures of a nude minor, a fifth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor charge of sexual conduct with an animal.
Joshua Smith, 21, said he went on the internet and knowingly downloaded child pornography to his phone. He also had a dog lick his genitals.
A presentence investigation was ordered, and sentencing was set for Oct. 28.
