GOMER — The Welsh Society of Northwest Ohio will hold its annual meeting at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, in the fellowship hall of Gomer Congregational Church, 7350 Gomer Road, Lima.
Dan Rowbotham, director of the Madog Center for Welsh Studies at the University of Rio Grande in Ohio, will deliver a presentation on Welsh migration to southeast Ohio in 1818.
The program is open to the public. A light meal will be served for $10 per person.
