STAMFORD, Ct. — Spectrum is enhancing its customer-first approach with a new Customer Commitment and simplified pricing.
Beginning Sept. 17, existing Internet speeds will increase to 400 and 600 Mbps at no extra cost. New pricing offers 500 Mbps Internet for $30 per month and Spectrum Gig for $40 per month when bundled.
“This new commitment to our customers goes beyond words; it is about action,” Charter Executive Vice President of Customer Operations Cliff Hagan said in a statement. Charter Communications, Inc. operates the Spectrum brand.
