Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were indicted by the Putnam County Grand Jury on Sept. 11.

Anthony A. Hazelton, 41, Ottawa; possession of cocaine.

Catherine E. Schimmoller, 36, Cloverdale; aggravated possession of drugs.

Jaimee R. Ebersol, 47, Napoleon; grand theft.

Victor B. Lomeli, 47, Leipsic; failure to appear as required by recognizance.

Dominique L. Foster, 36, Columbus; having weapons while under disability.

Zackery B. Johnson, 33, Cloverdale; two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

Andre M. Woods, 29, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs and endangering children, a misdemeanor.

Derek M. Showalter, 41, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs, domestic violence and possession of cocaine.

Sept. 5

Lynnette R. McElroy, 42, Lima, had her bond revoked and she was remanded to the Putnam County Jail until further order of the court. She is charged with aggravated possession of drugs and there is a change of plea scheduled on the case set for 9 a.m. Oct. 3.

Sept. 10

Iyabo Iboaya, Findlay, and Benahili Iboaya, Findlay, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Jan. 3, 1996 in St. Louis, Mo., and have four children.

Credit Acceptance, Corp. Southfield, Mich., was granted judgment against Mary J. Adkins, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $16,273.28, plus interest and costs.

Kevin Keirns, Van Wert, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for failure to pay child support. He was given credit for eight days served.

Sept. 12

James A. Morgan, 20, Ottoville, was sentenced to 180 days jail for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was given credit for 52 days served, placed on five years community control and his license was suspended for three years. He must obtain and maintain employment and he was given credit for eight days served.

Eric M. Kuhbander, Leipsic, v. Justine Dickey, Findlay; divorce without children.

Vicki L. Hiegel, Ottawa, v. Ohio Bureau Workers Compensation, Columbus, and Trilogy Management Services, LLC, Louisville, Ky.; workers compensation.

Putnam County Municipal dispositions

Aug. 26

Naheem S. Tyson, 23, Ottawa, was fined $150 for an amended charge of reckless operation. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Sept. 4

Sarah L. Owens, 34, Ottawa, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.

Sept. 5

Timothy G. Delauder, 29, Ottoville, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Shane M. Sponsler, 44, Pandora, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,000 fine, five-year license suspension and complete a drug and alcohol assessment.

Donald S. Brownridge, 20, Dansville, Mich., pleaded guilty to OVI first-offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

Sept. 10

Abigail L. Gwin, 30, Pandora, pleaded guilty to village income tax. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $50 fine.

Marco P. Reyes, 37, Florida, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days, 150 days suspended, $250 fine and complete an assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and abide by their recommendations.

Sept. 12

Scott T. Wagner, 61, Miller City, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and speeding were dismissed.

Mark C. Ruvoldt, 32, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, with restitution of $190 to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentence: 90 days jail, 45 days suspended, to be served consecutively. A charge of felony theft and fictitious plates were dismissed.
