LIMA — A Lima man accepted a plea deal Thursday in Allen County Common Pleas Court, a month after being indicted on three cocaine possession charges and a charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
The plea deal for Brady Noble included one charge of cocaine possession, a fourth-degree felony, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a third-degree felony.
Noble, 27, could receive six to 18 months in prison with a maximum fine of $5,000 on the first count, and nine to 36 months in prison with a maximum fine of $10,000 on the second count.
Judge Terri Kohlrieser also set Noble’s bond to a $10,000 appearance bond. Kohlrieser will sentence Noble on Aug. 20.
