ELIDA — Former Elida High School principal Darren Sharp will return to his old post in August.
The Elida school board approved a three-year contract for Sharp to return as principal of the high school during its June 24 meeting, one month after outgoing Principal Justin Firks submitted his resignation to the board.
Sharp will begin his duties on Aug. 1.
Firks’s last day is July 31.
