ST. MARYS — Arts Place is asking for artists to submit proposals for the Portable Cultural Planning Studio in its three locations, including 207 E. Spring St., St. Marys.
Any current, new or emerging artist can send in work before 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2 for any, two or all three studios in St. Marys, Blackford County, Indiana and Jay County, Indiana.
