LIMA — The North Central Ohio Solid Waste District can help residents dispose of certain hazardous household items, the Allen Soil and Water Conservation District reminded the public.
The district will dispose of certain hazardous household items such as gasoline, antifreeze, waste oil, fertilizer, paint and lead acid batteries.
The district office is located at 815 Shawnee Road, Unit D, Lima. Call 419-228-8278 to schedule an appointment for a fee of $1 per pound of waste.
