Russ Decker
LIMA — Nutrien’s Russ Decker will speak to graduates during the University of Northwestern Ohio’s commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, June 9, at the Veterans Memorial Civic Center, 7 Town Square, Lima.
Decker holds a doctorate in public safety administration from Capella University in Minneapolis and a master’s degree from Tiffin University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from UNOH.
This year’s university grand marshal is Mindy McDonald, program director and instructor for the university’s medical assistant program.
