LIMA — The city of Lima alerted residents Wednesday that Norfolk Southern Railroad is closing rail crossings over the next three days beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday, March 7 and ending at 10 a.m. March 9.
The crossing at St. Johns Avenue and S. Central Avenue will join the crossing at E. Kibby Street between S. Central and S. Jackson Street as Sperry defects are fixed.
