Fleming selected as mentor to seniors

LIMA — Amy Fleming has been selected to be a regional mentor for Sinceri Senior Living Communities. Fleming, who has been working at Kessler Estate for 15 years most recently in the Memory Care community, is a licensed social worker and certified dementia practitioner. As a mentor, Fleming’s role includes visiting other communities to review company standards and best practices. She will also train other program directors to lead dementia support groups.
