LIMA — The Lima News building at 3515 Elida Road has been sold to All Temp Refrigeration.
ATR will use the building to consolidate operations currently housed in Delphos and Lima. All Temp in Delphos and Perry Refrigeration in Lima will be housed at the Elida Road facility.
ATR Vice President Dustin Pohlman said company growth led to the need for expanded space. The industrial and commercial divisions will now have adequate space for fabrication of larger projects at the new building.
ATR purchased the property for $1.275 million from AIM Media Midwest Operating LLC, the parent company of The Lima News.
A new location for The Lima News should be announced in the coming months. The newspaper has been inside the 52,000-square foot building since 1996. The Lima News has required less physical space since June 2017, after the printing press sustained heavy damage while printing the newspaper.
