PUTNAM COUNTY — The Putnam County Soil and Water Conservation District was honored by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. According to a recent press release, the ODA presented an award to the SWCD at the 2023 Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Annual Partnership Meeting. The hope of the award is to honor organizations that exhibit leadership and dedication to water quality.
