LIMA — Downtown Lima, Inc. announced the start of the annual banner program. The organization will utilize 2023 patriotic banners to commemorate Ohio’s 220th anniversary.
“Downtown Lima, Inc. works with our members and community partners to create a welcoming downtown community and the banner program is just one part of that,” said Betsy Billingsley, Executive Director of Downtown Lima, Inc in a recent press release. “Not only do our banners promote downtown businesses and businesses throughout the area, but they also welcome people into our city.”
