This is just a little note to say a big kudos to our wonderful Elida Bulldogs boys basketball team.
I am referring to the game of Feb. 3 against the St. Marys Roughriders. Yes, we lost, 52-51. And, of course, it would have been better if we had won.
But with the height advantage the Roughriders had (one 6-foot-11, one 6-foot-6), I think we did a pretty darn good job. I personally think our coaches and players did a combined fantastic job.
I also go to the girls’ games, and I also think they are great.
I would like to congratulate Addisyn Freeman on her 1,000 career points on Jan. 10.
