LIMA — The Allen County 911 emergency system is experiencing technical difficulties, according to a release from the Allen County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Callers who receive a busy signal when calling 911 are encouraged to call 419-227-3535 as an alternative.
The release also stated that this technical issue is occurring over multiple counties, and officials are working with network providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
