WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — A 17-year-old Findlay girl rear-ended a truck at a stop sign at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday in Washington Township, Hancock County.
The minor was traveling west on state Route 12 near Township Road 218 in her 2001 Ford Windstar when she hit the pickup driven by Josey Holman, 34, of Fostoria. Holman’s passenger was Heather Angelbeck, of Sylvania.
The minor was transported to the Blanchard Valley Hospital, and Angelbeck was transported to Fostoria Hospital with minor injuries.
The minor was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.
