Vincent Paul Deluca, 47, was initially taken into custody on charges of burglary, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Additional charges are pending, according to a report from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.
The report states that Deluca unlawfully entered a home in the 6800 block of Fort Amanda Road shortly after midnight Saturday. He reportedly had a brief verbal confrontation with a resident before leaving the residence on foot.
