LIMA — The Southern Ohio Copperheads scored all its runs in the third, fourth and fifth innings in defeating the Lima Locos 6-3 in Friday night’s Great Lakes Summer League game at Simmons Field.
Ethan Hurt (Trevecca Nazarene) had three hits, including a homer, and two RBI, Tyler Tolbert (UAB) had three hits and Jeddediah Fagg (Yavapai College) had two hits, including a double, for the Locos.
Lima (5-2) will play host to Grand Lake at 7:05 tonight at Simmons Field.
