BLUFFTON — The Bluffton Public Library will have its Food For Fines incentive program from Monday through Dec. 19.
During the week, the library invites patrons to bring a non-perishable food item and receive a dollar off library fines. The library requests items that do not expire until well after the holidays.
Suggestions for food items include canned fruit, vegetables, soup, applesauce, tuna, spaghetti sauce, Spaghetti-Os, boxed crackers, Hamburger Helper and macaroni and cheese. All items will be donated to the Bluffton Area Food Pantry.
