Nov. 25

Thomas O. Hollingsworth, Jr., 23, 309 S. Woodline, Lima, pleaded guilty to inducing panic. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. Jan. 6. Bond was modified to allow him to reside at 6220 Lowridge Drive Apt. 103, Canal Winchester. The state agrees to remain silent during sentencing except for possible restitution of $9,079. A charge of making false alarms was dismissed.

Hollingsworth had been accused of threatening to be a terrorist with a bomb at Kalida Manufacturing Inc. in Kalida. According to Putnam County Sheriff’s Department reports, someone called 911 June 24, 2015 to report a bomb at KMI on U.S. 224, and saying there was a hostage situation. The operator was able to determine the call came from a non-activated cell phone somewhere in the factory. Deputies searched the factory and found a lunch cooler with a padlock attached. Following interviews with employees, investigators arrested Hollingsworth. The Lima Police bomb squad was called to check the cooler and determined no explosives were inside.

Holly L. Berridge, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from David M. Berridge, Jr., Paulding. They were married May 13, 2006 in Oakwood, and have two children.

Nov. 30

Chelsea Moore, Continental, was granted a divorce from Brandon J. Moore, Oakwood. They were married June 28, 2012 and have two children.

Dec. 1

Nirmal Singh, 54, 8032 East Willow Run, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft of credit card. Sing was originally charged with five counts rape, five counts sexual battery and theft of a credit card. The state recommended a suspended 12-month sentence with credit for time served on condition he returns to India and not seek re-admission to the U.S. The court has ordered his passport and other personal document to be released to the defendant. His bond was continued.

Todd J. Mangas, 27, 119½ Jefferson St., Leipsic, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center. He was also placed on three years community control, ordered to pay restitution of $1,336.47, attend NA and or AA meetings, and have no contact with the victims. Mangas was originally convicted of burglary and theft.

Luis M. Rocha, 24, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 18, Ottawa, was sentenced to six days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included operating a motor vehicle without a license on Aug. 27, 2015, failing to stop after an accident and failing to make any payments toward his court ordered financial obligations since May 2015. He also failed to comply with a verbal order issued by his supervising officer on Oct. 31, 2015. He was placed on three years community control, must undergo drug assessment and treatment, not consume alcohol, and pay $845 restitution to the MAN unit. He was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs with specification.

Michael S. Minch, 32, 1198 Road 19-1, Continental, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and grand theft. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6. A charge of breaking and entering and two counts receiving stolen property were dismissed.

Mishelle N. Parkins, 29, 716½ E. Market St., Lima, pleaded guilty to burglary. She faces up to 36 months in prison, and $7,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Jan. 7.

Gary R. Snodgrass, 37, 410 N. West St., Lima, pleaded guilty to felony non-support. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Jan. 6. He was originally charged with two counts non-support of dependents.

Amanda D. Rodriguez, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Sebastian Rodriguez, Tiffin. They were married Oct. 8, 2010 in Columbus Grove, and have two children.

OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC, Fort Washington, Pa., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Christoval Sanchez, Continental, in the amount of $83,798.71, plus interest and costs.

Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Aaron M. Kraft, Continental, in the amount of $30,035.77, plus interest and costs.

Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Cheryl L. Harter, Findlay, in the amount of $62,963.92, plus interest and costs.

Nov. 13

Karsten C. Stoller, 34, 1116 Ker Road, Apt. 30, Van Wert, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $250 fine and six months probation.

Nov. 25

Ashley R. Stechschulte, 18, 335 Mowhawk Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to underage possession and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, suspended, and perform 16 hours community service. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

Nov. 30

Alyshia Pettie, 25, 504 S. Jefferson St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. She was also fined $50 for no operator’s license, and $50 for reasonable control.

Dec. 1

Sara L. Gray, 37, 251 N. Concord Drive, Apt. 10, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to hit/skip realty-property and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and perform 32 hours community service. She was also ordered to pay court costs for failure to maintain control.

Jacob E. Hageman, 18, 215 E. North St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to hit/skip injuries. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension and perform 24 hours community service. She was also ordered to pay court costs for failure to maintain control.

Chadd M. Sigler, 35, 392 W. Findlay St. Vaughnsville, pleaded guilty to driving under non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $300 fine.

Dec. 3

Todd M. Settlemire, 30, 411 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and no contact with victim except for emergency communication regarding their children.
