LIMA — The Lima Sister Cities Association will offer gift wrapping service from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday and Dec. 13 at the Lima Mall at the Macy’s mall entrance.
The association will collect donations to help fund scholarships for students traveling to Japan as part of the Sister Cities program.
