ProMedica accepting proposals

TOLEDO — The ProMedica Advocacy Fund will release a request on Monday for proposals to fund nonprofit organizations whose programs support the social determinants of health, such as food, clothing and shelter.

Priority will be given to programs that have a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals and/or families.

The deadline for proposals is Jan. 26. Completed proposals must meet certain criteria.

Proposals must be submitted through the Toledo Community Foundation’s online application process. Applicant organizations will be notified of the status of their request by June. Applicants must be in an area served by ProMedica, including Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Putnam, Shelby abnd Van Wert counties locally.
