The following individuals were indicted after a Nov. 18 session of a Putnam County grand jury.

Trenton S. Lauf, 37, 267 Main St., Ottoville; rape/with two specifications, and illegal use of minor in nudity material or performance.

David J. Engard, 30, 617 E. Broadway St., Leipsic; compelling prostitution.

Max T. Affholder, 29, 427 E. Second St., Ottawa; domestic violence, a misdemeanor, and felonious assault.

Sara E. Storer, 38, 600 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove; possession of heroin.

Chrystian J. Reed, 22, 106 E. South St., Lot 9, Columbus Grove; theft of drugs and breaking and entering.

Madison N. Fenbert, 18, 117 Liberty St., Findlay; burglary.

Mark A. Junge, 47, 328 S. Keyser St., Deshler; three counts possession of drugs.

David R. Torman, Jr., 44, 2765 county Road 203, Cloverdale; two counts retaliation.

Nov. 13

Jason A. Leap, 39, 1963 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He faces up to eight years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Jan. 7. A charge of aggravated burglary was dismissed.

Nov. 17

Shanda Carpenter, 36, 307 Walcutt St., Dupont, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center. She was originally convicted of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

Diana C. Bailey, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from James S. Bailey, Columbus Grove. They were married Jan. 17, 2004 in Middletown, and have no children.

Nov. 18

Kelsey R. Bradley, 26, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 408, Ottawa, was sentenced to seven days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included stealing a high chair from St. Rita’s Medical Center on July 25, 2015, and stealing a high chair straps from St. Rita’s July 26, 2015, and selling that high chair on July 26, 2015. Bradley also failed to attend appointments with her clinician at Pathways Counseling Center since April 2015. She also failed to make any payments toward her court financial obligation since March 30, 2015. She was placed on three years’ community control, must obtain her GED and employment, pay restitution of $1,072.02, and undergo Family Responsibility Counseling. Bradley must have only one medical and pharmaceutical provider, and submit notice of her criminal record to her physician. She was originally convicted of burglary and theft (over $1,000).

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 9

Amanda K. Lawhorn, 35, 205 Liberty St., Dupont, pleaded guilty to OVI second-offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $200 suspended, three-year license suspension, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. Charges of drug abuse/possession, failure to control and driving under OVI suspension were dismissed.

Nov. 16

Alexander D. Cress, 18, 105 W. Pendleton St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Sentence: 30 days jail each count, suspended, $250 fine, each count, pay restitution of $408.12, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center, and no contact with victim while victim is under 18.

Robbie E. Blevins, 46, 1398 State Route 12, Pandora, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of no operator’s license. Sentence: $150 fine.

Amy Binder, 37, 8715 Road I-7, Apt. C, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $100 fine

Nov. 17

Chad J. Salsburey, 38, 11856 Road M, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. A charge of registration required was dismissed.

Richard D. Roof, 41, 156 S. Elm St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. Charges of marked lanes and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Bradley J. Kreinbrink, 29, 11646 Road 12, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.
