VAN WERT — The Niswonger Performing Arts Center announced a new date for Air Supply, the soft rock duo who produced a flurry of 1980s-defining hits like “Lost In Love,” “All Out of Love” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All.” The concert, originally scheduled for Feb. 13, is now on Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now, $30-$60.
