Having recently moved to Alabama after 14 years in the Fort Shawnee area, I requested a final billing from Lima Utilities. The city of Lima added $20 to my final bill, referencing a “final fee.”
In short, it amounts to a penalty for moving and I think it’s disgraceful and insult to all customers, particular those who may be on a fixed income.
